These guys are top notch. SO professional. Polite. On time (which is huge when trying to plan your day) and go out of their way so often to go the extra mile. We have a slate roof that prevents us from tenting our house so we see these guys a couple times per year for termite outbreak maintenance. We have not had one bad experience. Recently, they redid some wire doors on our basement level around the house perimeter b/c raccoons had clawed them open and were living under the house. They customized the size and came out several times to make sure they worked. All at a fair price. We are grateful for CVPC! - K Z

Carmel valley pest is as good as it gets. Starting with Beth and their office team. They are wildly responsive. Prior to the job, John came out , assessed materials paint and some additional repairs that we not part of their bid. Their crew showed up early, completely prepared, and work was started with military like precision. All the guys displayed a can-do attitude. My dog loved them. Bravo to ops manager. I found what looked like termites in my attic last weekend so called Carmel Valley Pest Control to have someone come out and take a look. I got an appointment for less than a week later and Chuck, who I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by, was right on time for the appointment, and could not have been more helpful and nice. This is my first home and we've lived here for lest than a year so I was a little worried about something like this being a big problem, but did an inspection, then he explained what I had seen (termite scouts but not a full infestation) and walked me through exactly what the best course of action would be and sprayed the attic right then to prevent any more from sticking around. If you're looking for a pest control service you will not be disappointed with these guys and fingers crossed you're lucky enough to get Chuck like I was. -Shane Bickford

Carmel Valley Pest Control is the best Pest service we have ever had. They completely irridicated our ant problem and helped us rid our attic of rats and mice. We live near a wooded area so our home is very susceptible. Every time we call them they come out promptly and solve our problems quickly for a reasonable cost. They are really experts. Carmel Valley Pest was very friendly and professsional, we booked our appointment with Tina over the phone and she answered all of my questions and concerns. About 2 weeks ago I've encountered a rat infestation in my outdoor patio as well as inside my home. Carmel Valley Pest Control was recommended to me by a friend. I called the company on Thursday, October 12, and was referred directly to Ray, the technician. Following a brief conversation, Ray adjusted his schedule to survey my property that same day and provide an assessment of the situation. He began treatment that Thursday with a distribution of bait-boxes and traps and was successful in capturing several rats in my property. Ray provided and continues to provide outstanding service by checking my property as needed and removing any dead rats. I would highly recommend Ray for any pest issues you might have , and I'm certain you'll be pleased with his friendly demeanor and knowledge of the issue as I am. Carmel Valley Pest Control has come to my rescue again after Labor Day 2019. Specifically, the technician, Martine, was punctual, supportive, thorough and knowledgeable. He modified his schedule to address my need in capturing mice that have entered into my kitchen. He placed 6 baited traps in key positions resulting in the capture of all the mice. Having rodents in your home is very stressful, but the timely and effective response by Martine really helped and put me at ease. -Leora Suprun
